When leaving your computer/laptop for service…

In order to facilitate repairs or installations on your computer or laptop when you bring it into us, please remember the following:

1. Without passwords we can not access administrative functions on most computers, particularly laptops, and to repair your computer we usually need to have administrative access.

2. If you have chosen to display your operating system in a language other than English, please reset the language settings back to English for service.

3.Bring your laptop power supply.  We do not have additional power supplies and often the battery does not last long enough for troubleshooting, repair, or installations.
